Are you an experienced administrator / receptionist from a small business environment? Do you enjoy a varied role? Can you start more or less immediately?

Working with a lovely Rochdale business, we’re looking to find them a lovely administrator who’ll fit in with the company ethos.

About You

  • You’ll have some admin experience but not loads; it’s not a high flying role
  • You will enjoy talking to customers both on the telephone and face to face
  • During busy periods, you’ll not be adverse to helping out in the warehouse, packing samples ready to send out to customers
  • Ideally you’ll be immediately available and able to start W/C 5th July

About The Job

  • It’s an Admin / Reception role – nothing more, nothing less
  • We’re looking for someone who enjoys mucking in with the team
  • It will involve answering the telephone, processing sales orders, raising invoices, arranging couriers and sending out samples
  • It is a full time position, Monday to Friday
