Finance assistant role

Do you have experience of working within finance / accounts? Are you organised with a keen eye for detail?

We’re recruiting for a Finance assistant who will work as part of the credit control team This is a brand-new role created due to the company’s projected growth for 2022.

About You:

  • You will have at least 12 Months experience in a finance role
  • You must be a highly motivated individual
  • You will work well within a team and a be a real team player
  • You must be a good communicator who is organised with a keen eye for detail

About the Job:

  • You will be processing invoices and expenses through the purchase ledger.
  • You will prepare and post month end accounting entries and perform reconciliations.
  • You will be preparing and sending client bills.
  • You will be monitoring client balances and where required, following up with clients to ensure bills are paid.
  • You will be supporting the Credit Manager/Purchase Ledger Manager in the completion of monthly credit reports.
