Are you an experienced and credible HR professional looking for a demanding and fast-paced role?  Do you have a passion for Learning & Development? Can you partner with multiple sites with ease?

We’re recruiting for an People Partner who will work in a fairly autonomous role within a larger HR function.  Working closely with the Head of HR, you’ll be a key player in getting the division set up for projected growth over the next 12-18 months.


About you:

  •  It’s essential that you’ve got over 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • You’ll have special interest in Learning and Development.
  • You should be used recruiting and onboarding.
  • You will be a forward thinker, someone who is a great communicator and is able to build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • You must have strong influencing skills and a passion for embedding core values to help develop people.
  • You will have the ability to work autonomously and make decisions whilst also supporting the Head of HR.
  • Due to the fast pace of the role, it’s preferred that you’ve previously worked for a multi-site business.
  • CIPD Qualification is desirable.


About the job:

  • You’ll join as the Learning and Development People Partner.
  • It will be your responsibility to write and deliver training to employees at various levels including management.
  • You’ll also put development programmes together for graduates and apprentices’ joining the business.
  • Working with the wider HR team, you’ll also get involved with the recruitment and induction of individuals into the business across all its UK sites.
  • You will be office based on site in Walton-on-Thams Monday to Friday.
  • You will be supporting the Head of HR and the leadership team in all areas of HR within your specialist division.
  • There will be occasional travel around the UK.
