About You

  • You’ll be an energetic and eager-to-learn administrator.
  • It’s essential that you’ve got some experience of the import & export / supply chain process.
  • Naturally you’ll be IT savvy and be able to pick up systems quite quickly.
  • You will enjoy a fast-paced role and will be adaptable to changing situations.

About The Job

  • You’ll join as a Purchasing Administrator, working in support of the purchasing team with the administration side.
  • You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as checking sales orders against the system, raising purchase orders and matching orders.
  • You’ll also handle basic supplier or customer queries regarding order status.
  • Over time you will learn more about the purchasing process – your role is going to grow.
