There is a story behind our company name, ‘Bowmay’ Consulting. At the young age of 18 our founder, Jessica Dean-Percy, started her recruitment career and she always knew she wanted to start her own business.
So, after many successful years in the recruitment industry, Jess wanted to bring her own unique brand of recruitment services to the market.
She hoped that starting her own business would change her children’s lives for the better…so she named the company after them!
