Jessica is the founder of Bowmay Consulting and started her recruitment career in 2000. With over 20 years’ experience providing recruitment solutions, she has worked with many textile businesses across the UK.
As well as running a company, she is mum to Isabelle Beau and Nancy Mae. When she’s not home-schooling, taxiing them round dance schools and various other out of school activities, she enjoys an active social life herself and is quite the social butterfly (if we’re allowed out!) General health and well-being are things that are important to Jess, and she has regular sessions down at the gym with marine fit coaches!
Genna has joined Bowmay Consulting as a Recruitment Co-ordinator, following almost a decade in the property industry. Genna has joined Bowmay to provide support to the team and is looking forward to being a part of the further growth and success of the company.
Genna is a mum of two; Jory and Arwen. If she has any spare time, she enjoys being outdoors on long hill walks, or watching Rugby League & F1. She loves to spend her evenings scrapbooking or reading.
Ella has just joined Bowmay Consulting as a Recruitment Consultant. After recently graduating from Leeds Beckett university where she studied International Relations and Politics, Ella has taken an interest in the recruitment sector.
Ella has joined the team to support and continue to grow the Textiles division of the business.
Ella enjoys a post-work gym session and loves a good podcast on her way to and from work. On the weekend her favourite thing to do is go out to eat, and possibly get her hands on a margarita (or two).
