What you’ll get

About the Role

Become an expert on internal systems to effectively train and support teams.
Deliver training programs and conduct both on-site and off-site training sessions for internal teams, partners and customers.
Perform site audits, troubleshoot issues and provide feedback for process improvements.
Work alongside the team to create and update structured programs, using the CRM System for scheduling and tracking progress.
Maintain records, certifications and installation documents to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Carry out product demos to educate and help customers during the sales and implementation process.
Travel is needed, sometimes for extended periods, to support training and installation activities.

About You

You’ll have great attention to detail.
Display the practical skills for using tools within a construction/engineering environment.
A sound knowledge of products used in both active and passive fire protection systems.
The confidence to present in a group setting.
Onsite inspection experience would be fantastic although training will be provided.
Be a team player and able to follow instructions easily.
Used to using Microsoft programs such as word/excel as well as utilising the CRM system and external apps for reporting/surveying.
A clean driver’s license is essential.
