About the Role

  • Become an expert on internal systems to effectively train and support teams.
  • Deliver training programs and conduct both on-site and off-site training sessions for internal teams, partners and customers.
  • Perform site audits, troubleshoot issues and provide feedback for process improvements.
  • Work alongside the team to create and update structured programs, using the CRM System for scheduling and tracking progress.
  • Maintain records, certifications and installation documents to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Carry out product demos to educate and help customers during the sales and implementation process.
  • Travel is needed, sometimes for extended periods, to support training and installation activities.

About You

  • You’ll have great attention to detail.
  • Display the practical skills for using tools within a construction/engineering environment.
  • A sound knowledge of products used in both active and passive fire protection systems.
  • The confidence to present in a group setting.
  • Onsite inspection experience would be fantastic although training will be provided.
  • Be a team player and able to follow instructions easily.
  • Used to using Microsoft programs such as word/excel as well as utilising the CRM system and external apps for reporting/surveying.
  • A clean driver’s license is essential.
