About You
- You’ve got a true passion for product and are creative, curious and commercially aware
- You come from a background in merchandising, sourcing or product development
- Experience working within a product-driven company, ideally in home furnishings or textiles although we’re open to hearing about all sector backgrounds
- With very strong attention to detail, nothing slips past you!
- You’re confident managing costings, margins and supplier relationships (UK and International)
- Of course, you’re naturally inquisitive – always asking questions and looking for ways to improve
- As a team player, you’ll be happy working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- You bring high energy, organisation and you’re eager to grow within your role and the business
About the Role
- You’ll be proud to develop and manage products from concept through to delivery
- Working with internal teams and suppliers to source and spec products
- You’ll ensure all products are commercially viable, on time and on budget
- Monitor product performance and not be afraid to suggest ways to improve
- You’ll spot key trends and track market & competitor activity to spot new opportunities
- Be involved in range planning and continuous improvement projects
- You’ll bring high energy, great ideas and structure to the product development process
