Jessica is the founder of Bowmay Consulting and started her recruitment career in 2000. With over 20 years’ experience providing recruitment solutions, she has worked with many textile businesses across the UK.
As well as running a company, she is mum to Isabelle Beau and Nancy Mae. When she’s not home-schooling, taxiing them round dance schools and various other out of school activities, she enjoys an active social life herself and is quite the social butterfly. General health and well-being are things that are important to Jess, and she has regular sessions down at the gym with marine fit coaches!
Naomi has been working with Bowmay since 2018 and with a background in finance and business management she is ideally placed to keep Bowmay’s financial and administrative tasks on track.
She loves to make the most of her spare time, spending it with my family, knitting toys for unsuspecting children and more recently exploring Asia!
Naomi starts to twitch at the sight of messy paperwork and can regularly be found sorting her knitting yarn stash into shades or knitting baby hats and toys for charity.
With 10 years’ prior marketing experience in the housebuilding industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and is implementing her skills and knowledge in the recruitment world.
When she’s not at work, she lives a very busy lifestyle, she is a mum of three lovely but energetic little boys who keep her on her toes daily!
She's a foodie that loves to cook fresh and healthy family meals and being Scottish, is partial to a bottle of wine on a weekend.
