Export Administrator – Freight Forwarding
Are you a bit of a whizz with export documentation? Do you work in the freight industry? Can you start ASAP?
We’re partnering with our favourite freight-forwarding client to find them an experienced Export Documentation Clerk. You’ll join a really close-knit and professional team of freight and customs operators. This site has been built and nurtured by an entrepreneurial leadership team who have grown a dynamic and energetic culture – they need your expertise to strengthen the admin function!
Conveniently located close to a train station but they do have onsite free parking!

About You
- You’ll have at least 2 years experience in working in a similar role as Export Administrator.
- It’s essential that you’re able to process various forms of export documentation such as export declaration, commercial invoice, air waybill, packing list, export license and certificate of origin.
- You will LOVE working as part of a team and will have a can-do attitude.
- There will be lots of communication with shipping lines, clients and overseas agents as well as internal colleagues to update on shipping status and delays.
About The Job
- You’ll join as Export Administrator and will be a part of a team of 6.
- It’s a very busy role and you will be need to think on your feet quite often!
- You are responsible for the timely completion of all export documentation for the the department.
- Your role will involve customer service, reporting, analysis, data entry and general administation.
