About the Job

• Collaboration is key! You’ll lead and mentor a wider team, using all the skills and knowledge you’ve built over the years.
• Originate and manage KPI’s in line with business plans, making sure that production goals go above and beyond.
• Be able to develop and apply process improvements to help simplify workflows and reduce costs.
• Oversee planning, budgeting and forecasts for the production team.
• Define Capital Expenditure projects in-line with the company’s 3-year plan.
• Promote a safe team culture, keeping a look out for potential risks and proactively voicing any issues.

About You

• You’ll be an excellent planner with exceptional attention to detail.
• Diligence and care are vital qualities for this role. You’ll strive to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
• You be a real people person- able to manage, inspire and motivate a brilliant team of like-minded people.
• You’ll come from a strong operational background, with extensive knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Expertise or experience of working within Technical Textiles, namely medical or filtration applications, would be amazing!
