About You
- You’ve got a degree in textile, mechanical, industrial or quality engineering
- Experience in automotive or textile manufacturing
- IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) are familiar territory for you
- You enjoy digging into data, spotting trends and tightening processes
- You’re confident working with production, lab teams, suppliers and customers
- You see quality as collaborative, helping teams deliver their best work
About the Role
- You’ll help maintain and improve the QMS, keeping everything aligned with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
- You’ll support internal, customer and external audits and help close out customer complaints
- You’ll take ownership of APQP and PPAP documentation for new and existing products
- You’re an advocate for continuous improvement, driving lean and six sigma initiatives
- You’ll monitor process capability, spot trends and tighten controls where needed
- Collaboration with the lab is key, supporting quality improvements across yarn strength, colourfastness, elongation, and uniformity
- You’ll also work closely with suppliers to ensure raw materials stay consistent and on spec
