About You

  • It’s essential that you’ve got at least 2 years experience in an administrative role – this could be within a sales environment or an accounts team.
  • You’ll be handling lots of different types of documentation including invoices so attention to detail is key.
  • You will be looking for a part time role.

About The Job

  • You’ll be responsible for invoicing customers on time – then checking to make sure payments have been received and chasing late payments.
  • Checking and passing supplier invoices in a timely manner in DMR/CIMS, raised Cheque Requisitions for immediate payments.
  • Setting up new customer accounts, ensuring all details are correct.
  • T1 Management – chasing down unclosed and liaising with HMRC.
