About You

• You’ll have around 3 years experience in a leadership/supervisory role.
• You will love working for an SME where you’ll nurture your team, yet be nurtured by the business yourself.
• It’s essential that you have got relevant experience in production, manufacturing or engineering.
• It goes without saying that you enjoy being hands-on and will get stuck in, alongside your team.
• You will be very aware of quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
• You will be happy working on a 6-2/2-10 shift, Monday to Friday.

About The Job

• You’ll join as a Production Team Leader and will work as part of a close-knit manufacturing team.
• Supported by the Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for production, quality and fulfilment for a small but very busy manufacturing facility.
• You will supervise a team of c10 production operatives, ensuring that strict production requirements are met with regards to timing, costs and quality.
• Reporting on productivity, output, quality, breakdowns etc.
• Engagement with your team is key; you will be delivering training when required.
