About You

• You’ve got a machining-biased apprenticeship, up to HNC/HND level in Mechanical/Production Engineering (With at least 5+ years of experience)
• Knowledge of 4 & 5 axis machining and CNC lathes
• You can easily read and interpret engineering drawings
• You’re a solid project manager
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with multiple departments
• Commutable to Middleton each day

About the role

• As the Production Engineer, you’ll provide support to all areas of the production team
• Your knowledge and expertise will optimise and improve process capability and yield
• You’ll create routings, BOMs, costings and process specifications
• You’ll provide technical expertise in tooling, fixtures and programming
• For this role, you’ll need to be conversant with Solidworks, CAD, CAM and SAP
