About You

• Interested in textile lab roles or technical career development
• Exposure to working in a lab with textiles, chemicals, coatings or dyes (through studies or employment)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to provide accurate testing and reporting
• A people‑person who enjoys collaborating with internal teams
• High attention to detail and pride in delivering reliable, critical information
• Patient, independent and passionate about textiles
• Able to multi‑task, prioritise and shift focus when needed

About The Role

• Join as a Laboratory Technician supporting the Product Development Manager
• Test incoming samples, raw materials, in‑process and finished goods
• Use a range of testing methods
• Complete a colour‑assessment test at interview
• Record, review, file and report all findings
• Escalate anomalies and suggest improvements
• Ensure equipment is clean, calibrated and ready for use
