About You

• Experienced Treasury / Financial Accountant with manufacturing experience
• Fully qualified ACCA / CIMA (or finalist)
• Confident leading a small team (you’ll manage 2)
• Creative, forward‑thinking and process‑improvement focused
• Comfortable presenting to all levels of the business
• Strong exposure to audit, compliance, controls and reporting
• ERP‑savvy and adaptable
• Happy working on‑site full‑time

About the Role

• Report directly to the Finance Director
• Oversee AP, AR and General Ledger
• Own monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
• Manage journals, reconciliations, balance sheet controls and month/year‑end
• Lead on tax, audit, compliance, cashflow and treasury
• Present updates and be the finance voice across the site
• Develop and manage a small team of two
• Shape processes as the business continues to grow
• On-site 5 days a week with early finish every Friday
