QC Coordinator – Textiles
Are you an experienced QC Co-ordinator from the textile industry?
We’re supporting a respected textile manufacturer in the North West, as they search for a QC Co-ordinator to join their team! You’ll play a key part in staying ahead of quality challenges and making sure customer requirements are met to the highest standard.
It’s a hands‑on role with plenty of variety and a great opportunity for someone ambitious who wants to carve out a long-term career within a highly regarded textile manufacturer.

About You
- Previous experience in a quality‑focused role is ideal
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset
- Confident communicator with suppliers and internal teams
- Able to manage your own workload and see tasks through
- Flexible, proactive and happy working as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Comfortable using Excel, Word and reporting tools
- Textiles experience is advantageous, but the right attitude matters more
About the Role
- On-site 5 days per week (working across two North-West sites, outside of peak travel times – 30 min drive with company car provided)
- Complete technical checks and test bulk production samples
- Work with suppliers to approve goods and resolve issues
- Record quality data and keep sample storage organised
- Assess bulk deliveries using an AQL framework
- Update the ERP system with accurate PO status
- Carry out in‑house fabric testing (abrasion, strength, colour, chemical)
- Arrange external testing with third‑party labs
- Manage and share test data with the wider team
- Issue standards and technical data to suppliers
- Support stock investigations and assess returned goods
- Manage supplier approvals, priorities and backlogs
- Set up and manage the new Master Sample library and process
